After overcoming anorexia in her late teens, she fell in love with fitness in 2007 and from this her passion of living life to the fullest was born.
With seven years of competing as a Regional Crossfit athlete, Olympic Weightlifter, Ultra Marathon runner, and deadlifting a near 400lbs, Mandy is passionate to share her experience of how life changing and beneficial healthy living can be.

Outside of these passions, Mandy loves adventures with her dogs Mylo & Chance, quality time with family & friends, and volunteering as a Downtown Eastside Kitchen Crew Member.
